If the weather’s good, join us Monday, September 25 at Smith Park for a StoryWalk® along the Tecumseh Trail! Each family completing the walk between 11:00 a.m. & 1:00 p.m. will receive a copy of Beth Ferry’s picture book, The Scarecrow. If you like, bring a scarecrow your family has built (any size) for a competition at Noon! For those in school, the walk will be repeated from 4:30-5:30 p.m. on the same day. If you think you’d like to attend this, please like this post. This will give us a rough idea of how many books to purchase.

They say imitation is the best form of flattery and we can't wait to see how much flattery you're about to give him! The costume memorial party starts at 5:30pm on Thursday October 12th. And the person with the best costume wins a special prize! So feel free to stop by the library to sign up or call in so we can put you on the signup sheet.
