The New Carlisle Public Library, a participant in the Ohio Public Library Information Network (OPLIN), offers access to information resources on the Internet. Internet access is one component of the Library's objective to meet residents' educational, cultural, and recreational needs by providing timely and convenient access to materials, programs, technology, and services.

Meeting Rooms
The New Carlisle Public Library has two meeting rooms that are used primarily for library-related programming. When available, they can also be reserved in advance by non-commercial groups or individuals for cultural, civic, intellectual, and informal educational purposes. The Library reserves meeting rooms on a first-come, first-served basis, as scheduling permits.
Notary Public
The Library has free notary public services.
These services are available at the following dates and times:
Monday, 9:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday, 9:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday, 9:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Thursday, 9:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Friday, 9:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
