Friends of the New Carlisle Public Library
Spring Book Sale 

The Friends of the New Carlisle Public Library will hold a book sale April 15 through May 20, 2023.  The book sale will be open during regular library hours, which are Monday through Thursday 9:30 a.m. through 8:30 p.m., Friday 9:30 a.m. through 6:00 p.m., and Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Patrons are asked to select as much material as they want for a donation.  

Wildflower Walk with National Trail Parks and Recreation District

Wednesday, April 5, 1:00 - 2:00 p.m.

Explore the beautiful spring wildflowers with a guided walk at Smith Park and on the Tecumseh Trail. Listen to a story and play a game. {FREE}

Color with a Canine!

Special therapy dogs from Best Friends Pet Assisted Therapy invite you to color with them Friday, April 7, from 4:30-5:30 p.m. Coloring sheets, crayons, and colored pencils will be provided! All ages are welcome. Our thanks to Best Friends Pet Assisted Therapy!

Frog Jumping Contest

We will provide you with a plastic jumping frog and a lily pad. How far can your frog jump? Let's find out.

𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛
Meet new friends and practice presentation skills at Homeschool Book Club. The Club is open to homeschoolers of all ages & abilities, and generally meets on the 4th Thursday of the month at 1:30 p.m. We thank Club Facilitator Candy Buffenbarger for making this such a fun and thoughtful group!
